Yes we are all different but for me it's the heat.

Since everyone is different we can all react different. I get cold easier. The cold is harder on my arthritis than it is on my MS. If I lived in a place that had snow and a lot of ice, it may be different, because then I would stress more.

Heat and cold can both affect MS symptoms, I have trouble with both. Heat increases my fatigue and makes limbs feel very heavy. It also causes burning feet. Cold causes nerve pain, especially in my face. I feel cold to my bones when others are comfortable. The slightest breeze hurts so bad! Air pressure also impacts pain symptoms for me. Stormy weather, rainy grey days are no fun and sunny days mean I have to stay indoors. But I have found ways to help (sometimes) and there is still plenty to be thankful for 😊

Very few people suffer with the cold. It is more the heat but others can't take the cold either, @A MyMSTeam Member.
