cold makes me stiff like a old board

I’m very heat sensitive and do better in the cooler weather.

my fingers and toes go numb quickly in the cold, even with proper clothing for the weather. Not sure if that as MS related

The cold is making me extra tired and walking properly is more a challenge. So grateful that my husband shovels all the snow we get.

Cold, my muscles seize up and I struggle to walk. Hot, I get awefull pins and needles all over that hurt quite a bit!
