I took vitamin D3 for a while until my blood work came back with too high levels and the symptoms of high vitamin D mimic some of MS
So my suggestion is to monitor your blood work and keep your neurologist in the loop
I take 5 thousand units every morning it what my neurologist told me to take
I take 5000IU of D3, Effexor for my depression, Adderall for fatigue, OTC magnesium and potassium, centrum multi vitamin, lorazepam for anxiety along with my cannabis helper. Trazodone for sleep. That’s my whole daily med list. I don’t have an appetite for any more pills and as for needles the only one I stick myself with is for my monthly B12.
I don't take any. As long as my labs show I'm in a normal range, I don't feel I need any. I have taken D3 1000 IU, but my levels for that are good.
