@A MyMSTeam Member I'm also on Kesimpta. It's been almost a year now and the treatment is holding my symptoms relatively stable. It does kill my stomach for the first week after injection, but I've added extra probiotics to my routine around injection day and it has helped greatly! I also don't eat any risky foods that week πŸ˜‚

Girl YES!! It can be helpful to add a regular probiotic routine to your dietary plan. I find that my MS treatments wreck my stomach for about 3 days too, do I always double up my probiotics before and after injection days. It helps tremendously with the fluctuating symptoms. Ever have a day where you're like..."wow! A good poo!"? πŸ˜‚ That's me.

I have difficulty swallowing at times, I have Gastroparisis from diabetes, and I have severe IBS. I have a lot of stuff I can't eat, that I should be eating to help my MS. I just adjust where I can. I hope you feel better, as well as everyone else. <3 <3

Yes, I do. I had an upper endoscopy and it showed discoloration in my upper stomach and esophagus.. Pre cancerous. My Gastroenterologist assured me that it had a low rate of turning into cancer. However, since stomach and esophagus cancer runs in my family he advised me to get an upper endoscopy on a regular basis. Just to play it safe.

I also had a 4 hr stomach emptying test for gastroparesis. Everything was fine. Thank God.

I have to pick and choose what I eat.
