I haven't fainted but definitely felt like I would. It usually happens when I'm out shopping. I get really nauseous and dizzy. I start to sweat and feel like I'm going to pass out. My heart starts to race, fingers tingle and I think I see black spots. I usually just lean on the cart or be still until it passes. Recently the episodes have started happening more frequently like when I was trying to cook for Christmas. My VA doctor says it is menopause but I don't think so.

Last summer that happened to me. But it then turned into some bizarre blood pressure thing. Didn’t have to go to the hospital, but it took me a few days to recover. As I get older my body just can’t absorb as much environmental stress. 80-85 degrees and I’m cooked.
