Hello. I am sorry you are having this problem. I have it too. I take a medication called gemtessa to help an overactive bladder, but it still doesn’t always work all the time. I use disposable underwear because I am always so afraid of an accident. I have trouble holding my urine back. I know how you feel.

I, wear a huge Poise Pad for this problem.

I rely on going every 2 hours, it's that or start catherizing myself which I'd rather not do
