Members discussed whether vitamin K should be taken alongside vitamin D, with many sharing that K2 and D3 work better together, particularly for bone health and reducing muscle spasms. Several members noted personal benefits like reduced leg cramps and spasms, while others preferred getting vitamins through food and sunshine, and one member cautioned that K1 may not be appropriate for those on blood thinners. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting a neurologist or primary care doctor before adding new supplements, while also doing personal research to find what works best for your body.

D3 and K2 work better together. I’ve been taking them together for years. There’s plenty of research out there explaining why. Go online and check it out. Good luck

Hello.
There is a “Dr. Berg “, on YouTube whom I follow for KETO and other helpful content. He has a video on this subject as well as many videos on health and nutrition. I truly enjoy listening to him and have learned some very helpful information. With doctors limited in number and me expecting to have a question and answer of all of my issues over four months narrowed down to 15 minutes, I truly don’t depend on them. I do my own research for I know I will do the least bit of harm to myself compared to doctors. I honestly trust only Jesus.

I won’t do the MS poison drugs any longer after the destruction of my skin in less than five years~ I cannot imagine what my insides are like from that. I utilize nutrition as medicine. Fresh air and sunshine just like in the good old days! I highly recommend KETO. It doesn’t take away any pain but helps with many other issues and helps me stay slim and trim especially since I can no longer exercise or barely walk or stand (other issues too as most people with MS).
God Bless You.
May He shine His favor upon you and give you peace 🙏🏻🙏🏻
