Dx rrms in 2022, my latest mri shows no new lesions and inflammation is down. 😁 I'm on rituximab-arrx at 9mo intervals right now. I'm also perimenopausal, bulging L5 disc pain so that could be factoring in too. Stress definitely. Job ended in Dec., this political climate sux so.πŸ˜ͺ
I am sensitive to Gabapentin(dizzy/nausea) and my dizziness is worse lately on its own. I'm not sure if I want to try this. Headaches start in neck and can progress to migraine. Overthinking again.

It's agitating my sciatica but varies between left and both legs, do you have issues on both sides? My left has more issues from ms. But this is difficult to tell what's up.

Yes ! I have bilateral sciatica, it is worse on my left side too because that’s where the disc is bulging but it is also hitting a nerve that connects to the right leg. I have other bulging discs in other parts of my spine , but the l5-s1 is the worst .

That is wonderful that there are no new lesions ! I also have a bulging extruded disc in L5-S1.
