I was recently upgraded to SPMS after 28 years of my initial diagnosis. I’m not crazy about the heat and I don’t regulate well under cold temperatures either. But humidity throws me over the edge even if it’s not particularly warm. I react like a cat thrown in a bathtub of water.😹

Hmm, Tam, sounds British to me-my sister uses the second term as a euphenism a ton (she was married to a British man and took some terms), never heard of the first one.
