I don’t take that medication, but that is something to discuss with your neurologist, maybe that medication is not a good fit for you.

I understand what you mean way too well. Are you asking if it's as a result of Ocrevus or do you mean that it isn't helping? A common symptom of MS is cognitive impairment. I'm not yet on DMTs but I have trouble with memory, finding words, and comprehension skills. I found out recently through extensive research, that DMTs usually only help slow progression. The first link below goes into the detail about what Ocrevus does and how they studied it. It helped me understand what I'm about to put in my body. I hope this helps you too.

Are you experiencing trouble with thinking or memory processes while on Ocrevus Zunovo?

Cognitive symptoms like memory problems, brain fog, and slowed thinking are common in MS itself, affecting 50-70% of people at some point. These symptoms aren't typically caused by the medication but rather by MS affecting the brain.

Common cognitive challenges include:
* Trouble with attention and concentration
* Difficulty processing information quickly
* Short-term memory problems
* Problems with multitasking or planning
* Trouble finding the right words

It's worth noting that some people experience a "wearing-off phenomenon" before their next Ocrevus dose, where MS symptoms including brain fog can temporarily worsen. About 61% of people using ocrelizumab report this happening.

If you're noticing new or worsening cognitive symptoms, talk to your neurologist before your next dose. They can help determine whether it's related to the medication timing, MS progression, or other factors like sleep quality or other medications you might be taking.

Memory tips that may help include keeping items in the same location, sticking to routines, setting phone reminders, and writing things down.
