I highly recommend a vibration plate. It helps me with circulation in my legs, knots, and stiffness. I was going to the chiropractor weekly and since I started using it, I haven’t felt the need to go. It also helps with balance and is easy on the knees when doing different exercises. I recommend buying one with a remote. I put my rollator in front of me for safety reasons. I place it on top of my rollator and stretch my arms across it, which feels amazing on my blades. Gotta be creative ….
@A MyMSTeam Member vibration plates are good for the lymphatic system however if a person has cancer or cancer cells they can travel and spread through out the body . It can cause brain hemorrhage in some people and bleeding in the eyes. It’s is not recommended for people who get migraines , have epilepsy and other stuff. There are many people who benefit from it though. I guess like everything in the world there are side effects for some people
@A MyMSTeam Member I didn’t know too much about it so I starting to look into it. I get motion sickness so that was a concern for me and I get migraines . So many people find them very helpful so please don’t let me sway you from not trying it .
I didn’t know that, thanks for the info @A MyMSTeam Member 🤗
What is the ‘scary stuff’ about vibration plates @A MyMSTeam Member?
I haven’t tried it yet, I read some really great benefits of using a vibration plate but also some scary stuff so I am kind of torn about getting one or not.
