It could be your heart racing. I have to take metoprolol for mine. It runs at least 90 without it.

Nice to see another minister/counselor on here. I am a minister myself and working on my christian marriage counseling degree. I have good days and bad days and have just recently noticed a big spike with the stress levels on my watch. They are either early mornings or late at night. I will be showing my doctor all the data and discussing it with her next Tuesday. God bless and praying for you and your wife.

Hi Joanna, in regards to the stress readings I had a comment or question?

This *sounds like hyperarousal or what most people call fight or flight.

I read the story of the very busy always on the go woman, wife, and mother who’s feeling the opposite of who she really is.

I’m sorry about the dx and being from a ministerial/counseling background years ago feel or wonder if you’re silently dealing with unprocessed grief?

You still try to stay busy on the farm and do things👍🏻 But reality has come along like a bee and stung you! I’ve been there!

You’re still very much alive but just don’t feel that way. Sure, some days are better than others 🙂

The Ai generated article that accompanied your question hits a lot of good points.

Years ago I came to the “this really happened or this is happening” reality and took it to the Lord in prayer and mourned the fact that my life has changed 😕

If the Lord desires to do a miracle, great! If not, great! This life is temporary but eternity is forever!

I pray that you and your family experience the Grace of God that reveals His goodness in your journey!

I pray that you find great friends on this site! I will not ever forfeit my goofiness!😝 🙏Pray for my wife!

One day at a time by the Grace of God! ☕️ Cheers!

I have and every single test has came back perfect along with all 4 heart monitors I've had to wear. This is when they believe the secondary progressive MS actually started (which was back in September/October).

You should consider going to a cardiologist just to be on the safe side @A MyMSTeam Member
