Bone scan

Prolia is an every 6 month shot I will eventually be receiving. This will strengthen my bones. Since August of 2025, my bones, in one foot, have broken 5 times. And for all who do remember me, this is the same foot I received my Plantar Fasciitis operation on. I did get a bone scan done. Average reading is 2.0. Mine was 3.3 and 3.4. My bones are brittle. Once I start receiving this, I'm hoping 🙏I'll stop feeling and hearing breakage.

I drink a gallon+ of milk a week, take 1200mg of calcium pill once daily, been working on trying to get back to walking. I do miss my 4 mile a day. Thanks for caring!

It helped my grandma a lot. She had osteoporosis. She kept falling. Between it and the Lord she was very fortunate. No big breaks.

I would see my Doctor this foot may need special support as well
Type of foot brace plus are these injections all you need for it to mend. And stay that way
Depending you may need a foot Dr please take care
