Prolia is an every 6 month shot I will eventually be receiving. This will strengthen my bones. Since August of 2025, my bones, in one foot, have broken 5 times. And for all who do remember me, this is the same foot I received my Plantar Fasciitis operation on. I did get a bone scan done. Average reading is 2.0. Mine was 3.3 and 3.4. My bones are brittle. Once I start receiving this, I'm hoping πI'll stop feeling and hearing breakage.

I drink a gallon+ of milk a week, take 1200mg of calcium pill once daily, been working on trying to get back to walking. I do miss my 4 mile a day. Thanks for caring!
It helped my grandma a lot. She had osteoporosis. She kept falling. Between it and the Lord she was very fortunate. No big breaks.
