I’ve had UTI’s before so I’m very aware of what it feels like but lately when I go I feel a tiny burning sensation so I make sure to drink PLENTY of water to help wash out any bacteria out if any. I don’t have that frequent UTI “urgency” to have to go feeling - so that’s good (I guess). Has anyone ever experience that? I’ve been experiencing this for a couple of weeks now.
Not an odd question at all — this is actually something many people with MS can relate to! There are two things worth considering here.

The last couple UTIs I had, I had no symptoms. They were found during lab work, which always includes a urinalysis
Even as a male, yes I have that sensation as well when I urinate at times.
UTI's can be symptom or symptom free. If your having burning, tingling, peeing frequently, having to pee urgently or not having a lot come out even though you feel like you really need to go. I would see a doctor for a test to rule out a UTI, they are terrible to have with multiple sclerosis because they lower your immunity fast and can cause a flare.
