Members came together to explain what leg pumps are, describing them as inflatable sleeves that squeeze and release the legs to reduce swelling, prevent blood clots, and improve circulation. Several members shared personal experiences with leg swelling related to conditions like MS, fibromyalgia, and congestive heart failure, with some awaiting insurance approval or upcoming vascular appointments to learn more about their causes. A recurring theme was gratitude for learning about this helpful tool, with many members expressing hope that it could support their mobility and overall leg health.
