I'm often biting the side of my tongue, at the back mainly, even drawing blood sometimes, though I try to be careful.
The inside of my lips is often very tender. Though that area heals very quickly. It really hurts when I've bitten hard on the inside of my cheeks.
I'm going to buy some Teething Gel, I'm hoping that will make my poor mouth feel a bit better.

I'll go through periods where I'll bite the inside of my mouth several times in a one or two week period and then I won't do it again for awhile. Never really dawned on me that it was M/S. It's hard sometimes to know what the MonSter is doing as opposed to it being something else.
