I keep my home AC set a 70 degrees day and night. I own a lot of land that needs to be cared for during the summer. I hate when temperatures go above 75 degrees and once they hit 85 I stay inside.
When I am outside working, whether on a tractor in the field or in the woods cutting timber I carry plenty of water and on occasion I have a cooling vest. The best way I found to deal with the heat is to limit my time outdoors and I find taking a cool shower mind day helps me survive the rest of the day.
