New and worsening symptoms started 2 weeks after a routine MRI of the brain and C-spine showed no new lesions or disease progression. Neuro ordered a T-spine MRI during the relapse but symptoms had largely declined by the time they got me in. T-spine results show nothing of concern. I have taken capaxone , but couldn’t keep taking it due to site reactions . I take currently take Aubagio, it is a very tiny 14 mg pill once a day. ( they also have a 7 mg) When you start this medication there is a chance your liver enzymes can be elevated , so you have to get your blood drawn every single month for the first 6 months . Then once every 6 months after. I was told to eat with the medicine to help to prevent stomach upset. I have had hair thinning , not loss in patches but just a lot more hair shedding in my brush etc. . I have not tried Ocrevus , or Kesimpta but I am sure someone will respond who does take it. Everyone is different as you know , so like your doctor said you have to do what works best for you , your body , and medical history. Lots of luck 🙏
