I quit vaping with the patch and it was harder to quit than the cigarettes were initially. I did it in only 3-4 days with 1 patch a day, I didn't have to go thru all the steps and phases.

Be careful I think some of the cheap ones on Amazon are herbs. 🤗

I don't smoke. It was suggested to me by someone that some MS people get help from nicotine patches.

I had other forces that stopped me from quiting, a person telling me. I know your smoking when I haven't and telling me I can't quit so I didn't try for many many years I still struggle with it still 😔😭

I tried the patches, Wellbutrin and Chantrix which gave me a sever allergic reaction. What I did after researching is switching to vaping nicotine. It does aid in staving off the” brain Fog” goggle the positive effects of nicotine. By vaping vice smoking you don’t get all the Tar and smoke into your lungs so it is unlikely to cause COPD and emphysema.
