Members connected over how brutal the summer heat has been, sharing how it affects their health, especially with joint pain, breathing difficulties, and general fatigue. Several members shared practical strategies for coping, including staying indoors with AC, going out only in the early morning or evening, and the tip that the MS Society may offer free cooling vests. A recurring theme was pacing yourself, limiting time outdoors during peak heat, and leaning on community support to get through the tough summer days.

It is Miserable here in Somerset as well. Temp is 93° it is muggy hot. You couldn't cut the air with a knife. I'm indoors with AC rolln' it's 75° indoors where I'm at. I don't want it to cold it makes it worse when you do go out wishing you luck with the heat 🔥
