You can send your resume to an employment agency and see if they can match you for an at home position. Look into cottage laws in your state and sell baked goods, dog sit for your neighbors , start a business .

I know two things come to mind, one cupcakes for birthdays or events. Another is making quilts. Both of these my me and my wife have bought and they seem to have a busy business. My wife also buys alot of custom water bottles πŸ˜† . I dont think those are as profitable beings everyone is doing it. We paid like $200 for a Minecraft quilt, it cost like 60 in materials. Id find something you enjoy and just put yourself out there.

Working from home can be a great option when managing MS symptoms like fatigue, mobility challenges, or cognitive changes. Flexible, remote work reduces the physical demands of commuting and allows you to work at your own pace.

Here are some work-from-home ideas that may suit various MS symptoms and skill sets:

- Writer or content creator – flexible hours, low physical demand
- Customer support associate – can often be done entirely online
- Call center employee – phone-based, no commuting required
- Online tutor or educator – share your expertise on your schedule
- Virtual assistant – administrative tasks done remotely
- Turn a hobby into income – crafting, gardening advice, photography, etc.

A MyMSTeam member shared how they turned their love of gardening into a job when workplace stress was worsening their symptoms β€” sometimes the best fit is closer than you think! If cognitive symptoms are a concern, consider roles that don't rely heavily on memory, speed, or multitasking. And remember, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), employers with 15+ employees must provide reasonable accommodations β€” even for remote roles.

Always check in with your neurologist or an occupational therapist to help match work options to your current abilities.
