Does anyone have place that is very itchy?

I have the bottom of my right foot arch that is very itchy all the time and the last couple days the left palm of my hand and not sure if this is something to do with the nerves or what

Ice packs is the answer , numb the nerves ,lose the itch , if you scratch histamine is released which makes it worse.

Yes, big issue for me. My scalp gets itchy. I take Doxepin to allieviate it.
