I guess the definition is any new or worsening symptom or whatever. I still have no idea. Safest way is to call your neurologist when you suspect.

Guess I have always know when I had a flare. Things get bad quickly and do not resolve, continuing for days.

I have had instances where I told my neurologist, "I think im having a flare." To which he replied, "I don't think you would be because of the Ocrevus...."
