I found that compression socks really help. They can be a hassle getting on, but those plastic sock-tube things with strings on each side to help pull on the sock do the job. The heat definitely makes the swelling worse. Compression socks followed by a good soak helps me a lot. Hope you find relief!
@A MyMSTeam Member that exactly happened to me and hubs wanted to cancel our trip to visit my folks but I told him I’d rather die with those who genuinely loved me than with his hypocritical family , nothing showed on tests performed in urgent care so I’m like we ain’t canceling . My niece gave me her old crocs kinda forcefully bcus my foot was excessively swollen and my brother was like I just got you a new pair so give them to your aunt 😆
I paid her for them bcus I know how valuable they were to her 💕
Try lymphedema massagers
@A MyMSTeam Member , those compression socks are impossible to put on for me
Elevating the legs or feet helps too 🤓
Right there with you 😡
