I’m currently on Ocrevus
Last year! I'm the 1st short one on left! Only blonde! Haha
Hi Alexis
I will tell you i did STOP TAKING AVONEX due to NOT GOOD for baby. I was off it for only 1 month and thank God! I was 37! (I met hub at 35...oldies.)
Pregnancy was perfect. No MS SYMPTOMS AT ALL. **ESTROGEN AND HORMONES overload***
However I will say that shortly after I gave birth (7weeks) so I cld BF him for a short time. On the bottle he went and back on Avonex for me. I think my body was SO CONFUSED.
NO more ESTROGEN overload. Soooo tired! My doc did take care and gave proper vitamins to hype my body back. *like said Vit D and major multi- vit plus organic stuff!
I think when Denali was 3 mos old I had a FLARE. . (ONLY :FUZZY" LEGS BUT put on prednisone to whip it in butt b4 it went crazy. Interestingly o stopped BFing him 2 weeks prior. What was MS waiting for ?
And WAS ON another med. Dont remember. Subcutaneous. I hated it. Hmmm
Stopped all DMTs all together.
My 2nd child...at 45. What? I know. Perfect preg. Was NOT ON ANY DMT at that time.
Shaklee Supplements and orher prenatal vitamins.
In fact I took Fertilaid.com... if you're interested. For 3 months.
And then NO PERIOD IN 4TH MONTH bc Asha was setting up shack!
I DID NOT get back on any DMTs after her. Shaklee Supplements and other various supps.
We were iliving n Hawaii at that time.
We finally came home to Seattle years ago. I did have brief flares while not on anything. Prednisone was my best friend. (But not often.)
Last year Dr Kita introduced Ocrevus to me. I've had 3 doses and have been very happy on it.
(IT DOES NOT stop any 'issues re walking far or doing it perfectly
It won't FIX what's already done ... but hopefully you'll have a 👶. You will be FINE. I FEEL IT.
(NOT SURE abt Ocrevus. Pretty sure you won't be able to be on it.)
Talk to your dr and figure out the timing...idk. in my prayers friend.
Light and Love.
