My feet ,ankles, and legs swell too. I went and saw a heart dr. And they did a ultrasound on my legs and I have a reflux problem with my veins, which means they are not returning my blood back to my heart. So ask you Dr about this. It took over 2 years to figure me out.

@A MyMSTeam Member once I got diagnosed with MS is when my swelling started to occur which sucks. Somedays it hurts to walk and I do a lot of walking at my job. I do about 20,000 steps or more daily. Which I also wonder if thats a cause too. Im just so frustrated and wish I had answers.

@A MyMSTeam Member my feet and ankles swell at the time to. I don’t really think it’s an MS issue because I know several people that have this problem. I really think it’s our environment and foods we eat. We also need to keep our legs moving I think our bodies are just holding more water😥 I’m like you I want to know why? When they swell up my shoes get tight good luck stay strong
