Hello Maggie, first off I have a large family that love in th Hampton, Suffolk , Chesapeake, Newport News and VA. Beach area. Now for all that I have read and seen symptoms generally last day, weeks or months. Being almost a year, never read that. What is your Neurologist says about the prolong symptom? Be your best advocate, if the answers they are giving you still leave feeling as if the is more to it. Don't let what they say be the end all be all. Research more, seek additional resources and get other MS specialist to examine and review. Wishing you find answers to what you seek.
