I can't really tell you what to eat but I will tell you what I eat and what I don't. I eat a whole food diet including fermented foods Like coconut milk yogurt and kimchi lots of leafy green like spinach. A rainbow of vegetables. Organic berries fresh and frozen grass-fed beef and pasture raised chicken and eggs . Homemade sourdough bread made with 100% organic pesticide/insecticide free Einkorn wheat flour. I don't eat processed food/ fast food. white sugar. conventional flour. or dairy products. Hope this helped.

@A MyMSTeam Member if you have a lot of nausea try to eat smaller meals .That helps me , so I will eat more “snack” type plates instead of three meals . There is not a specific MS diet , but I was told Mediterranean and plant based are best and to try to focus on protein and vegetables. The best thing is to avoid processed food and eat lots of anti inflammatory food .
