Here is my opinion. Yes, I have quite the list. But for me it is better to focus on what I DON'T HAVE WRONG with me, instead of the negative things that ARE wrong. I dont have obesity. I don't have diabetes. I CAN still walk. I don't have heart disease. Focus on the POSITIVE THINGS and it will actually benefit your HEALTH.
Indeed Brenda, chronic pessimism is spreading way too much these days, it's sickening. Besides, the old saying is "Misery loves company." I'm around persons who can't maintain positivity w/in themselves therefore, I have to change the subject or try to get them to think deeper or go further as to why the situation is as it is.
One of my son's constantly talks negatively. On and on and on. The world's falling apart, we are all doomed etcetera. Find some Joy. Couldn't it be worse?? I know my life could be much worse! I was homeless recently for almost 5 months!! But God put a roof over my head the entire time. God made the IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE!! We may have an imperfect life with a devastating disease. BUT it could ALWAYS be worse my friends 🧡.
Tamcolem, that is way to much to deal with. Please 🙏 take care of yourself.
