How I’ve Helped Manage MS by Getting Out of the ‘Rise and Grind’ Mindset

Written by Lindsey Holcomb

After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2017, I’ve worked hard to understand what helps me manage the condition most effectively. I would never claim to have it all figured out — it’s still very much a work in progress. One strategy that helps significantly is understanding that it’s OK to take a day off to work on life-stress balance. It’s easier said than done, but it’s a constant goal of mine.

In this video, I share the strategy that has helped me navigate that balance. I’d love to hear what you do to manage your MS most effectively. Please leave a comment below, and share what you’ve learned along the way.
