I have pain after wearing a bra for so many hours, like 5-8 hours. Doesn't matter if its a sports bra or an underwire bra, ect. I cant even get relief by taking it off asap. Its similar to the MS Hug, just not as painful. Just very uncomfortable. And the discomfort lasts for about 4-6 hours after taking it off. Pleas help. Thank you for any responses.

UNDERWIRE. .definetly invented by a man. If a woman invented the underwire, we all need to form a line and pluck her up side her head, if it was a man. .no need to maime, just shoot him in the baby toe

Wow, it sure is a good thing I joined! I switched to sports bras because regular bras were driving me crazy! The sports bras get uncomfortable later in the day, so I can usually wear them until bedtime! I have had so many ?'s answered on here that my Dr. said aren't related to my MS! I need to educate him now!! lol

Try a camisole - they come made of all types of fabric and with/without shelf bras.

I want to have a talk to the guy who invented bras...haven't found that is comfortable. I can't wait until I can take it off. In my case I need to wear one, like it or not.

I just don't wear one, although my breasts are small-to-nonexistent, Loose sweaters or shirts help, although it's kind pf embarrassing in the doctor's office when I'm asked to take off my shirt. Certainly cuts down on underwear expenses! Plus I'm a Child of the '60s and lots of us "Old Hippies" have never worn a bra...it's a sign of oppression, don'cha know?! ;)
