I take Nuvagil also and it keeps me awake all day, but then I have trouble getting to sleep at night. Then I take it the next day because I haven't slept much, and then more trouble getting to sleep. It's a vicious circle and by the weekend I totally collapse and sleep all day Saturday.

My doctor prescribed Nuvigal. It usually gets me to the nightly news

I actually prefer the regular modafinil over the time-release Nuvigil. I generally have no problem falling asleep as the med has generally worn off by then, but used to with the Nuvigil. Just my 2₵.

I too take Nuvigil and agree with Evelyn. It can become a vicious cycle by the end of the week. It does help with the fatigue, but I find that I get really pumped up for a few hours after I take it and that can be annoying. I also find that towards the end of the work week I take it and am physically awake, but mentally a zombie! Sounds bad, but for now I am dealing with it and am able to get through the week.
