does any one have memory problems since you were diagnosis with ms? if so how you try to over come it?
I have a horrible memory. Now I write everything down..make lists and use a calendar.
Yes! I had neuro psych testing done. It is a grueling 5 & 1/2 hour test but give the doc a better idea of my brain. My husband and kids tell me that I ask them the same question/statement over and over. I have no idea. I too keep a calendar on my ipad and set reminders, multiple reminders for appointments. It sucks I know!! Hang in there!
I've never been a real whiz-bang at memory. Within the last year I've been forgetting what I started to say. Or I'll get confused as to what I am doing or want to do.
I also suffer from short term memory loss it can be very frustrating at times especially brain Farsi get from forgetfulness
