Previously on Rebif, which seemed to work, but the depression became an issue. I switched to Copaxone which does not seem to be working...old ms symptoms are back with a vengeance. I don't think my Neuro will let me switch back to the Rebif, so I've been researching other alternatives. Do more research and ask more questions about Gilenya. I don't know your medical history, what meds you're on, or if you have any heart related issues, but Gilenya is THE stuff. I just started Friday. READ everything you can get your hands on. Read testimonials. Ask questions. And push for it if you think your medical history is compatible with this drug.

I gave been on tecfidera. I have used others... but none really did anything. The first month or so on tec. Was the roughest... but once my body got used to it... it is amazing.
I'm on tecfidera. I started it in December. I haven't had any side-effects. The only time I had flushing from it was when I had been sick for a couple of days and missed taking it. That was after I had been on it for 3 months. Then I took the full morning dose, as I had been prior to getting sick, and had flushing. It wasn't too bad, and it went away in about an hour. The second dose that evening, and every day since, didn't cause any problems.
@A MyMSTeam Member Thanks for the advice. I'm glad to hear that Aubagio has worked great for you! I've researched Aubagio as well. I would like to have kids one day, but I fear the Aubagio will stay in my system...I think it said up to two years. I know that there is a wash out for it, but does it really work? I noticed that your profile says your a MS ambassador for Aubagio.
