I went from 15 years of betaseron to abagio. After 4 months in abagio I had my first relapse in 10 years also had bad diaria and lost a good amount after hair. Now I am on avonex. So that is my story but everyone is different. Best luck to you finding the right meds for you.

I've been using Aubagio as my DMT for a couple of years. I take only 7 mg (rather than 14 mg) for now, as it seems to be managing my disease process satisfactorily (that is, if anyone knows whether lack of progression is actually due to the drug, or simply because that's the way THEIR MS chooses to go). I had taken Rebif (one of the Interferons) prior to that, but had to stop due to elevated liver enzymes. I really haven't had any adverse affects from the Aubagio pill, and it's a heck of a lot easier than the injectables. The support team (MS One-to-One) is great.
