Does anyone else get skin sensitivity (pins & needles feeling) after eating eating pasta. Breads, pancakes? I'm noticing this and am not happy because I LOVE pasta

Ah yes, refined carbohydrates (White flour etc) can cause inflammation, which in turn causes are immune system to work overtime. Unfortunately with MS those little rascals get confused. Pins and needles are a symptom of MS and I guess you eating inflammatory foods causes them to flair up.

When I consume pasta and/or breads, and/or cakes of any kind I suffer profound fatigue, so I eat other stuff; and heck, I feel so much better.
