Hi @A MyMSTeam Member. I take meds 4 RLS, so no problem sleeping. My pulse was 120 and my head, neck and shoulders were hot, painful and felt like my head would pop. My BG was 433 (good b4 bed). I take 81mg aspirin in AM, but take ibuprofin 4back b4 bed. Have u tried aspirin b4 bed? I tried a couple nts with no episode, but it didn't happen every night anyway. Has not occured since Aug. I think MS is just a big mind game!

I take a aspirin every day anyway for a blood clotting issue. I will try one before bed to see if it helps. Thank you so much.
