Once you get the severe exhaustion does it ever leave? Will it come and go or leave entirely?

The fatigue is brutal! I am fortunate to have been approved for disability, I have all kinds of stuff going on, & a supportive husband.
The fatigue we experience is so much more than just being tired. So many people don't seem to understand that so it makes it hard.
Hang in there! We're all here for support!

I know the feeling..there is no other word then it "sucks"(sorry)! I don't go out much at all anymore to have fun because I know if I stay up too late I will regret it :( So, I miss out on things that "normal" people just don't understand! Filing for disability..I applied once & was denied. I spoke to a Lawyer & he said to call back around October this year & he would try & help me then, as I have only been diagnosed with this in 2013' (even though the dr says I've had it for at least a couple of years). Plus, I am still working only part time. They say you can not work for at least a year! Well, I don't know too many people that can't go without a paycheck..that's stupid on their part. Here you have people working & need help & can't get it! Then, you have people that don't work (I mean because of laziness not because they can't) and they get it.. What is wrong with our Government? I don't wanna get into that though..Thats a whole other problem. So, sorry for rambling...I hope I was of some help for you @A MyMSTeam Member! Good luck hun! Hugs to you!

Unfortuneltly, it never really goes away..at least my exhaustion doesn't. You will have some days where you feel pretty darn good and decide because your feeling good you could tackle some tasks..but don't over do it because you'll be laid up trying to get back up :( Hugs to you & get some rest!

Thanks @JulueDewald I do have good days but quickly get the reminder when I leave the house. I'm debating if I should file for disability is why I asked the question.
