My liver enzymes are elevated and have become very jaundiced.... On re if for 10yrs. Anyone have this?

That's a documented side effect of interferon...(Rebif is a trade name for interferon) Read about interferon

I have never gotten Jaundice from it. Have my enzymes checked every 6 months. Twice they have been high in 13 years and returned to normal. I just took 1/2 the dose for a week. Good luck.
