Does anyone have the same symptoms occur everyday at the same time? This is without waiting on it to occur. (Not watching the clock)
Every day at 12:00, give or take 10 minutes, I notice that I start to have anxiety attacks. When it starts, I look at my watch and notice that it is always around noon
Also, around 9:30 every night I get a migraine. Nothing helps it at all. The migraine is so painful that I become sick feeling as if I have the flu.

Do you eat the same thing for breakfast or lunch everyday? Anxiety and food are related for me. Or maybe it's an ingredient in the foods you eat, like wheat or dairy or soy. Those are in so much. Avoiding foods stopped my migraines!

I've had good luck with immitrex for migraines. It sucks to go to the ER with migraines or back pain; you are often not believed, & thought to be a "drug addict" no matter how much pain you are in.
The information regarding anxiety attacks and migraines is helpful. I have problems with both. I think I'm on meds that treat anxiety, but my neuro seemed not too concerned about the headaches. Maybe certain meds only work on migraines, and he doesn't think I have those types of headaches?
About all the medications, I have found that paying attention to taking the meds as prescribed greatly helps with the MS -related symptoms I am getting treated for. I also have learned that some meds cannot be taken together, and have to plan accordingly. I hope this helps some.
I think counseling is a great place to start. However you need time alone with the counselor so you can share your concerns about your husbands attitude. Call ahead and request that they interview you separately as well as together. Does your husband work outside the home? The anxiety could be related to timing and when he will be home along with your fatigue and not being able to accomplish any chores that you know he will complain about. If you want to be intimate and know that 9:30 headache is coming approach him at 8:30. I take fiorset for my migraines and if I treat it at first onset it helps.
