I know this has been asked a couple times before, but does anyone take a Curcumin supplement? Any suggestions for the brand? I know there are several different versions to help with the bioavailability, just wondering which one people have had good luck with.

It's supposed to help with inflammation. It's current being used in a clinical trial to see its impact on MS patients. There's a lot of literature that suggests it could help with several neurological diseases.
