I was wondering if any of you has tried her diet and protocol she provides in her book....I'm sceptic but also kinda intrigued...any information will help,
Thanks!
I think we all have different opinions but getting help from someone who has suffered and succeeded is worth it for some. I was a client with Ann Boroch starting in 11/14 and followed her protocol. I still follow the diet for the most part and have tweaked the supplements over time. Has it helped? Hard to know for me but overall with MS I am still progressing. I FIRMLY believe diet is a critical factor in our health. There is too much evidence out there. Ann's focus is candida overgrowth. She was a self proclaimed sugar addict. The western diet of too much sugar and starch has led to an epidemic of candida overgrowth. That said I know she helps a lot of people. All of the diets out there work for many but not for all. I look at this as a journey and we each have to find our way. Why not take advice from others who have succeeded? Not everyone is willing to dedicate what it takes to change their diet and that's ok. If you are go for it. I also am dealing with cancer so I have to consider other factors. I am contemplating the Wahls Protocol which is more restrictive than Anns but doesn't necessarily align with my cancer research. Ann actually recommended I try paleo which is the basis of Wahls.
I will tell you what I have done regarding diet and supplementation has stabilized my metastatic breast cancer which has defied the odds.
Sorry this is so long but my message is this. Western medicine does not have all the answers. Diet and nutrition have long been understudied.
WOW she's expensive! LOL... I so wish it was worth the money though!!! I think I'd shell it out if it helped and I could "cure" MS
I m afraid that this is true...:( I usually don't fall for stuff like this but I can't help being a little hopeful....how awesome would it be if it did help?!;)
