Since my diagnosis everytime we have Chinese food I am extremely sick. I also take copaxone not sure this is contributing.

Yes, MSG is a definite no-no for me. It gives me headaches & stomach problems. It's not really good for anyone. MSG is basically a flavor enhancer that is used especially when ingredients are less than top notch. Most restaurants will leave it out if you ask.

Have you tried eliminating wheat from your diet? I find that wheat and gluten contribute to my inflammation, and soy sauce has wheat. Skip Chinese take out. If you want Chinese food, make your own, but use a soy sauce alternative, like brags liquid amino sauce (tastes just like soy sauce, but has no wheat or gluten.). Good luck, I’m adding you to my team.

No MSG problems but seafood has become verboten. I get extremely sick after eating a whole meal..like Cipino (sp?)
