PML is ALWAS a risk. I say do it anyway! The final result is the same for everyone. The question is, Do you want to get there suffering? Or do prefer to ask your self What If? in your last minutes. That's me. I'm a little more risky when it comes to quality of life. I know you'll make the right choice for you.

No, my doctor puts patients on Aubagio after they have to get off of Tysabi due to low WBC counts and risk of PML. Aubagio has other risks and you should be monitored if you are on it.

While it is true that people with MS have a higher risk of PML, most is related specifically to the use of Tysabi. For example, in 2011, there were 130 cases of MS patients with PML all of which were on Tysabi for more than a year. Just something to keep in mind.
