I'm wanting to go back on some kind of contraception and i'm currently on Gilenya. My doctor is unsure if or what works with Gilenya... Has anyone had any successes while on this drug?

I'm not on Gilenya and unsure what contraception would work with it but if you see an OB Gyn they may have some good ideas. When I wen't on Tecfidera I discussed it with my OB Gyn since I hadn't been on anything for years. I unfortunately relapsed a week after starting the new BC and stopped taking it because they weren't sure if it was the new BC or a relapse at first. It turned out to be a relapse but now I'm scared to start anything new just in case. Good luck and hope you find something that works for you!

Yes, so far. I started taking Gilenya last Nov. It took about five months of relaspe, but have been good ever since. I truly wish you luck!
