Anyone DX with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS/MCAD)?

Just got yet another DX! Y'all I am tired of getting new DX after new DX on top of the MS! This is crzy how once you have MS then all of a sudden tons of other things appear!

Has anyone been DX with MCAS? Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks!

I do have itching, flushing, diarrhea and some stomach pain I discuss it with Neuro in April
