It is very easy though to want to do everything that you used to be able to do. I am not very good at taking things easy:)

Use stair's as much as possible and keep active if you can.

I love to bowl, swim and other things I try to walk long distances and will continue to do so as my body will allow with the MS, I have to be thankful to the lord for finding out how to control the symptoms and sleep is very important!

Stretch stretch stretch it's very important to stretch as we all know that perhaps some of us have difficulty walking because of a drop foot or muscle differences. Important to stretch aa soon as you wake up. It helps your blood flow easier. Exeriscie by going to point A and point B on your feet. There is this motto that says "Use it before you loose it." I think that applies to us specially if you have had major RRMS

As my doctor says MS isn't a lazy persons disease so anything that gets you moving. You may not be doing exercises like everyone else but trying and doing what you can whatever that is would be better than nothing.
