OK, when I have to stretch, it is not fun. When I do I get violent tremors. When I say violent, I shake bad enough that anything in my hands goes flying. I have to hold my hand(s) to get them to stop. Does anyone else have that problem? It also applies to my legs and back.

My legs shake where I have spasticity and try to stretch it out. Do you suffer from spasticity?

I feel the tremors or shakes on my legs, more on my right one than the left one.. Every morning when i wake up and i stretch myself out i get those.. All i do is just let the tremors/shakes do its thing till is over, which it lasts seconds and then get up and do my usual business.. Don't know is there something you can do about it..

@A MyMSTeam Member, I was saying I consider myself to beb Blessed". My right side is the more spastic side , but I learned to no to Overdo things & when to slow down or stop. It's very hard to do, but I know when my body says "Take A Break" it took a long time. Stretching is the best remedy for spasticity more than drugs. Hugs & you are on my prayer list.
