Yep - that's right, I'm an indoor thermostat geek. Why? Too hot and I actually run a low-grade temperature (99.6-100) and feel sweaty and drained with no energy to do anything-- Too cold? well for me there is no such thing. I'm finding my ideal functioning temperature while indoors is 73 or 74 during the hot and humid weather. My ideal Temperature outside is 75°
I can relate to You so much. Inside My perfect Temp. is 72 to 73 Degrees. The heat makes My MS Symptoms act up such as Blurry Vision, Numbness and Fatigue oh and Slurred Speech.
I have been getting a flushed feeling from the top of my head to my waist for no reason and sweat under my clothes to the point of my shirt Bering soaked all across my chest and back areas. Does any one else experience this and is it MS related. I went thru menopause years ago so I know its not that. It only lasts for a few short min. A few times a day.
My ideal is b between 65 and 70 degrees.
