Yes, it's part of what brought me to a neurologist. It felt like creepy movement on the top of my arm just below the elbow area. I wouldn't have been surprised to see it moving.

I haven't looked at it when it happens cause I'm scared. But it's like my elbow is twitching fast then stops.

Jordyn, it only happened to me once, thank goodness but it lasted for several minutes. it was really creepy.
